Terms & Conditions
Booking Terms:

Moorsafe Group Ltd operates out of 2 facilities located at Prickly Bay Marina and True Blue Bay Marina. The following Term & Conditions applies to both facilities.

Pre booking is required prior to picking up a mooring ball.

Pre mooring allocation by Moorsafe Group Ltd is required prior to picking up a mooring.

Owners leaving the Vessel unattended for an extended period (14+ days) are to inform Moorsafe Group Ltd of the details of the person(s) looking after the Vessel in their absence. It is mandatory to have someone look after the vessel in the owner’s absence.

The Mooring is personal to the Owner and is valid only for the Vessel named on it. The Mooring may not be assigned, nor may it be used for an alternative Vessel.

Moorsafe Group Ltd, may require the Owner to move his Vessel to another mooring if deemed necessary.

The Owner shall inform Moorsafe Group Ltd in advance if he expects his Vessel to be absent from the mooring for more than 24 hours. The Owner shall subsequently endeavor to inform Moorsafe Group Ltd at least 24 hours before his Vessel's expected return to its Mooring. Moorsafe Group Ltd will the mooring is available.

When a customer’s Vessel is absent from the Mooring, Moorsafe Group Ltd may use its mooring and retain any fees generated. This is applicable for Owners’ staying monthly.
Liability & Insurance:

All persons use each Marina facilities at their own risk and, to the extent permitted by law, Moorsafe Group Ltd shall not, be liable for the death or injury of any Marina User, nor for any loss, theft or any other damage caused to any Vessel, vehicle, or personal possessions.

The Owner shall maintain a valid insurance for the vessel for the entire duration of its stay at Moorsafe Group Ltd facilities. The vessel insurance shall cover salvage and wreck removal costs, as well as cover to remain in Grenada during the hurricane season as applicable and cover for named storms or hurricanes.
Hurricanes & Storms:

The Owner is at all times responsible for the safety of his vessel.

In the event of a hurricane, named storm or any other unusual weather event the Owner shall ensure the vessel is properly secured and prepared. Moorsafe Group Ltd accepts no responsibility for such preparations.

In the event of a hurricane, named storm or other unusual weather event Moorsafe Group Ltd has the right to ask vessels to leave the mooring buoy.

Moorsafe Group Ltd will dive each mooring prior an announced name storm or hurricane to ensure the mooring system good operation.
General Rules:

Animals are only permitted if always kept on a leash when off the Vessel.

Items left without the consent of Moorsafe Group Ltd may be disposed of.

Tenders/Dinghies shall only use the dinghy dock provided in front of the Marina Offices unless otherwise directed by Moorsafe Group Ltd.

Moorsafe Group Ltd may from time to time take pictures or video footage that captures scenes on the Marinas for promotional purposes.
Termination:

In the event of any breach of these Terms, Moorsafe Group Ltd shall have the right to terminate Owner’s Mooring agreement.

If the Owner fails to remove his Vessel from the Marina upon termination, then Moorsafe Group Ltd may at the Owner’s risk, move the Vessel out of the Marina and charge the Owner for this move and for any subsequent fees incurred.
